uninstall, then reinstall aem: http://helpx.adobe.com/extension-manager/release-note/extension-manager-cs6-release-notes.html#id_63071

you can also update your products directly: https://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/

and, you could use the 2nd link to update aem and see if that solves the problem.
