I'm selling access to a variety of secure zones, and I've had no trouble with the registration/sign-up form process. How can a user change his preferences and view what he's purchased (aka the Secure Zone)? Thanks in advance!

Currently you can have the customer manage cases, orders and update CRM details following:

Also you can use Webapps for any desired tag to be used in order for the customer to edit on the preferences using the Edit Layout. Where you can have the products created using Webapps, as explained here -> http://kb.worldsecuresystems.com/868/cpsid_86820.html
