problems with downloading Flash

I have clicked on the link for downloading Adobe Flash numerous times from different sites including your own.  All I get is a blank screen with the words Adobe Flash near the top.  What has happened?  I'm using a brand new computer so I shouldn't be having this many problems.  Thank you for your help.

You should see a page similar to the screenshot below

Please let me know if you don't see the yellow "Download now" button.
