Difference in Premium vs. Standard?

I was online with chat, and they weren't much help. 

I am trying to understand what this feature is/means in Premium:

Customize Business Catalyst sites to suit your customers

That doesn't make any sense.  How is that different from a standard plan where you can develop and design sites to suit your client's needs??

What are they talking about?  Just customizing the statistics and reporting?  If I have clients paying directly instead of invoicing through me, they won't be surprised to find out that Adobe is hosting their backend!   🙂

Oh ok, controlling the role stuff so you can limit the menu items etc. But that is part of role control which is now on Satandard. I will reach out to the guys who run the site on this for a clarficiation or change for you.
