Error - too many activations

Hello there,

I got a kobo glo ereader replacement for one that was not working well. I have not been able to download books from the library, I keep getting the error message of too many activations. I have deauthorized my laptop, uninstalled and reinstalled hoping that will help. No luck.

Can somebody please help with this?

Unfortunately Adobe doesn't have proper online viewing and editing support for activations.

The only thing you can do is contact them by live chat and ask for them to remove all your activations.

You can then reactivate the devices you still have/need.
