I just downloaded a trial copy of RoboHelp, and can't find the product. An akamai window opened, supposedly installed the product, and said the installation was complete; but I can't find robohelp. Where is it installed? What's the name of the file to run ? Please respond asap, since this is a 30 day trial.

Thank you,

Hi kdf2525,

Akamai download manager is just a download manager used to download Robohelp.

Have you downloaded Robohelp and installed?

If yes, then please check 'Start' > 'All Programs' and see if robohelp is listed there. You can also check 'Control Panel' > Programs and Features' and see if Robohelp is listed there.

If not you need to install the software.
