I just started up Win 8. I go to an application and get an error message that Abode is required. I click on 'get Adobe' and nothing happens. I look in the program lsist, and see Adobe Reader 11.3. What am I doing wrong?

Adobe is a company, not a product. Without knowing what product you are actualyl referring to and the exact pjhrasing of the error message, nobody can help you specificalyl. Could be Adobe AIR, though, so download and install it...

There is no such thing as Adobe Reader 11.3; do you mean Adobe Flash Player?

Hi,
I've better defined the situation. Adobe Flash Player only works in the Desktop, IE (MSN). Sometimes it works outside the desktop (other apps), and sometimes it doesn't work with some apps. Is there anyway to get it to work with everything?
Thanks,
Dennis
