Before installing my company network Creative Cloud on my new computer, I installed a Trial Version of the Adobe CS6 Suite.

My old computer was running CS3, but it was destroyed beyond repair.

My new computer is now telling me my Trial Version has expired. But I've activated my Creative Cloud Version - same username and password.

When I start any of the programs in the suite it gives me the message "Trial version has expired - continue trial?"

I'm worried I will not be able to use the Creative Suite I've paid and registered for because Adobe will disable my use of the Suite.

So, how do I get rid of the Trial Version and replace with the Creative Cloud version (which I've already downloaded, installed and activated?

And how do I tell Adobe I no longer have CS3, and can't deactivate it because the old computer is not accessible?

See if the following helps:

Creative Cloud Reverts to Trial Mode

For the CS3 matter, it shouldn't matter if you don't plan to use it again, but if you want to deal with the activation status...

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.
