Downloading Problems

Hi there,

I've downloaded a free trial of Premiere Pro twice to my Dell laptop now as the program is no where to be seen still. I looked in the Add/remove program section like Windows always has and it says Adobe Premiere Pro is installed but I can't see it anywhere.

You should have an icon on the desktop after installation, but if you don't you can find the Adobe Premiere Pro.exe file in the Program Files folder.

I've just looked on Program Files folder and it's no where to be seen but when I go to add/remove programs it says it's on my software.

Do you have an Adobe folder in Program Files?

Yes I have one of those but it only had Adobe Reader in it.

Do you have any shortcuts in your Start menu?

Since you mention Add/Remove Programs, are you on Windows XP?
