Download Flash Player from the link below and follow On-screen Instructions..

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Uncheck the Option to install Google Chrome/McAfee if you do not need then.

The steps that you need be follow during the download and install.

1. Save the installation file.
2. Close all the browses and applications running.
3. Run the installer.
