I updated flash player and can no longer watch Internet television on ABC.Go.Com. After several days of attempting to solve, I received a prompt that the necessary adobe flash player version required is 10.2.159.1. I have downloaded that version, but when I try to install, my laptop alert says that this version is out of date and will not allow me to override. Is there a solution to this dilemma?

To help troubleshoot we'll need the following system information:
When reporting issues with video or audio, it's also helpful to get your system hardware and driver details. Instructions for finding this information can be found here:
Finally, sometimes video and audio problems are caused at a lower level and not directly related to Flash Player. I recommend trying both of the links below to see how they perform. If the problem exists with both, then Flash Player is most likely not the culprit as the HTML5 video link does not use Flash Player when playing. You can verify the use of HTML5 by right clicking the HTML5 video and looking for the words "About HTML5" at the bottom of the context menu.

Chris, My system info follows. Operating system - Windows 7Browser - Internet Explorer 9.0.8112.16421Flash Player version - 11.6.602.171 Both of the Federrer video links worked fine, but I cannot view the following ABC link: http://abcnews.go.com/watch/good-morning-america/SH5587637/VDKA0_0klamnhe/gma-0306-kate-middleton-pr... I get the commercials, but no news video. In some cases, the commercials just cycle and repeat. In other cases, the commercials work, then the audio of the news works, but only a video error page shows.
