when playing a video at say Youtube all i can see is green screen

i rescently installed new flash player and all i can see is green screen when i play videos on any site

If so, please uninstall it and try Flash Player out again.

i did as u asked and still have green screen.....video does play sound and u can see video progress but just the green screen

i posted on firefox forum as well and got this as a reply....thought it might be relevant

""A green screen usually means the the player failed to create a proper

video overlay wind and that you only see the green place holder."

You can check for problems caused by recent Flash updates and try these:

*disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed

*disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and later

*disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
