Latest Flash Player????

     My computer says that I have the latest Flash Player install and it shows up in my programs however when I go to view something that uses this flash player I am told it doesn't exist and I need to download the software.  I have done this a number of times to no avail what is happening?

Do you have a MAC or Windows ?

Which browser are you using ?

Check for Add-ons for IE (Tools -> Manage Add-ons) and Plugins for Firefox (Tools -> Add-ons)

Note : Make sure ActiveX Filtering is disabled for IE9 (http://forums.adobe.com/thread/867968)
