why can't I download flash on my phone?

I realize this is a rudimentary question.I want to play fb games which requires flash . Can  I download it on my windows OS , Nokia  Lumina. if not can u recommend a phone that would allow me to have flash ? TY

the nokia lumina does not support flash.
