Adobe Flash player installation.

In attempting to install Adobe Flash Player it asks for a password.   I changed my password and when i attempt to download again,the box where i am to enter the password just shakes giving me the impression thats its the wrong password.   Can u help me with this issue?  I cant look at Youtube videos.

What operating system are you using?  This should be your normal user/password used when logging into your OS account.
