Every time I start my computer I have to load Flash Player

I have windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9.  For some reason I have to reload Flash Player every time I start computer?

After days of  trying to find an answer I am so glad I ran into you! This fix worked great!  I restarted my computer several times and have no more problems with Flash Player. Thank You very much.
