Video does not work

I am using Windows 7 64 bit O/S

Recently downloaded and installed Flash Player for 64 bit

However, I still cannot operate videos on my computer.

Any suggestions would certainly be appreciated.

Could you go to this page and let us know what version of Flash Player is installed?

What happens when you try and view video?  Is it all video (cnn.com, youtube, vimeo, etc)?  Please try updating your video drivers to see if that makes a difference.

Thank you for sending the Flash Player Version page. I followed all of the instructions and NOW it works just fine. Don’t know what happened as it worked perfectly before.
