You images are stored on your computer. The Elements Organizer uses a catalog database to store information about your images, not the images themselves.
Do you mean that you don't have any images in Elements Organizer, or that your images are listed by you are told they cannot be found and need to be reconnected?
If you have no images listed, then most likely you've used more than one catalog and you'll need to load the correct one (Use File > Catalog in PSE9 and File > Manage Catalogs inn PSE11).
If you images are listed and needing reconnection, you'll have to point the Organizer to the current location of the files on your hard drive.
