Adobe Flash Player Problem

i've just installed Flash Player, but this site still thinks (because of lack of boxes with my version) i have not. youtube works fine, but any other movies have just voice,  with no view. i've done all steps  in guide on that site but still nothing!

It was all ok, but yesterday I reinstalled my OS, and since then it is not working.

OS: Windows 7 x64, Mozilla Firefox 20.0

First, I would recommend upgrading your video drivers to the latest version available.  If you still encounter problems, could you check to see if you have the following Windows update installed?

KB2670838 – Platform Update for Windows 7 x64

If so, please uninstall it and try Flash Player out again.

well i visited that site, but during instalations of that file, an error has occured: 0xc8000222 - i tried few times, also 32bit vesrion but always the same. i will try to upgrade drivers (i forgot about it), will see...

problem solved - drivers ware outdated!!!
