Can't download latest Flashplayer for Mac

I'm using a Mac OS 10.6.8 with Firefox v 18.0 and have the system requirements to download the most recent flash player. However, when I go to the page to determine my existing flashplayer status (http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-mac.html) the box is blank.  When I go to the download page for Firefox there is no "Download Now" button.  I have no anti-virus software running.  Please help!

I believe I posted (or responded) to your email, but just in case please try downloading from this link:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions

We're still investigating this issue, would you mind checking this site using Safari to see if the download button appears there?
