Why can't I down load Adobe Flash to my computer?

I want to down load Adobe Flash and nothing I do lets me do it.  Can you help me?

Please let me know if you are trying to install Adobe Flash CS6 or Adobe Flash player.

Also do let me know what OS you are on and if any error message comes up during download / install.

If it's flash player, do let me know what browser are you using.
