HELP

I m on fb and want to upload pictures(Lots of).i have windows 7.i m not allowed to upload them quickly and the system says i have to do it 4 photos each time due to the fact that my adobe flash player needs update.i go the site choose download the newest version.press save and the run.it starts downloading 15.7 Mb and aprroximately around 47% there is something like time out(without any problems with my internet connection)it sends me for troubleshooting what should i do EMERGENCYYY
