while on yahoo a few minutes ago it asked me to install flash player so i
did
however it seems that every new web page I open I am asked allow flash
player to open the page
it says a website wants to open web content using this program on your
computer (outside protected mode)
and then I have to hit "allow" 3-6 times repetitively before I am allowed
onto the page
what can I do about it
it is the reason I uninstalled flashplayer yesterday
shall I try your link?:

Flash Player comes preinstalled with Internet Explorer on Windows 8. The installers linked to above will not work. Instead, you'll need to install from Microsofts site (KB updates.) However, before we go there, what version of Flash Player is found when you go to this link?
