Can't import project from Mac to Windows

Hello everyone! I am trying to import a flash builder(AS3 Mobile project) MAC project to windows 7 but getting this error "no projects are found to import" and "not a valid flash builder project"

The project is in compressed(zip) format. So can anyone tell what exactly is the problem?Can it be the OS?

Did you create this file with

File->Export...

menu option?

Nope, zipped it from Mac. Project was not exported using the export wizard. Can this be the problem?

Most likely. Which version FB are you using on the Mac and Windows?
