Problems with Google Chrome in Mac

I've already ntalled Flash Player, but I can't watch videos when I use Google Chrome in a Mac. Safari and Mozilla work properly not in Chrome!

Can you try updating your version of Chrome?  I see you are on version 21.0.1180.90 however version 25.0.1364.172 is the latest one available.  You can do this by going to the About Chrome... menu item, then clicking the update button.  Flash Player appears to be enabled correctly, but it is out of date.

I download this latest version of Google Chrome, but it doesn't work in my Mac version! I think I should update my Mac version.
