No Audio

I can't get the audio to work on any sites that require Adobe Flash.  I downloaded the latest version and still can't get any sound.  The sound on my computer works on other sites that do not require Adobe Flash.

1. update your audio drivers.

2. uninstall flash (http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html or http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html)

3. re-install flash (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/)
