I cannot update my flash player since I don't know under what email address my account was set up.

Help, please, in updating my flash player on my MacBook.  I did not set it up originally.  I do not know what email address was used, nor any other information.  I tried to update my Acrobat account but receive the message that my current email address has not been verified.

You should only have to know what your mac's username and password is when installing Flash Player.  You can download the latest Flash Player here:  http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer
