Closing GPlayer

Have been trying to download flash player update and I continue to get a prompt telling me to close "gplayer." What is it and how do I close it so I can install the update?

I don't know what it is, but it's obviously something that is installed and running on your computer.  What is your operating system?  If Windows, use the Task Manager's Processes tab to terminate the process.
