Harm Millaard Mar 18, 2013 1:46 AM (in response to janled)One of the things to check is the event viewer. Did you happen to install any new software or updates? It might be - but I'm only guessing here - that your Microsoft C++ libraries got corrupted. Adobe installer always starts with updating these libraries before it installs their own programs. They probably are not unique in that approach, so checking these would be the place where I would start if event viewer does not give other relevant info.
