Installing issues

I have tryed installing photoshop and did not realise another installer was currently running. Photoshop stoped installing and now that I have canceled the other installer, how do I restart the installing of photoshop?

See if rebooting your system helps awaken anything that you can restart before shutting down/or put anything to sleep such that restarting gives you a fresh slate from which to try installing again.
