need help installing adobe flash on my surface rt device

i have been to the adobe site and followed all the recommendations but adobe flash will not install on windows surface rt

For Surface RT it states:

If you are a Windows RT (tablet) user, you can get the updates only through the Windows Update mechanism.

I never had that problem till today, but i CANNOT FIND ANYTHING TO FIX IT!!!!! Windows update has ran all available updates, I've restarted it.. Played with the settings..etc..NOTHING.
