there is NO download Button for me to press so start the download and accept terms

At the Adobe Flash player site the instructions say to press button to accept terms and start download, there is no button

I'm sorry you've encountered this bug.  Please download the installer here while we work to fix this:

I got a link Chris Campbell giving me a link. 

Turns out I have the latest version.

Why did I try to upgrade, YOUTUBE said I had to upgrade to see the video and even provided the link to Adobe.
