video buffering become slow

i have this problem today since i upgrade my adobe flash player.. before when im buffering anime video it was smooth but after i upgrade my adobe flash player every 3-6secs the video stops.. dont know why..

Feel free to rollback to a previous version to see if that helps.  It might be that something else has changed.  Going back to the previous version should rule out the Flash Player upgrade.

How do I revert to a previous version of Flash Player?
