Newest flash player fails with script error using firefox 19.0.2 or win explorer 8

I've downloaded your newest flash player a number of times and it always fails with a script error and the script editor pops up. I have to Alt Crtl Del to remove the adobe program. The problem occurs with explorer 8 and fire fox 19. I'm running win XP SP3. Any suggestions?
