How do I make Adobe Flash Player work with both IE 10 and Firefox 19.0.2?

Status: I use Win 7 64-bit Ultimate (Eng & Japanese); IE 10; Firefox 19.0.2; Adobe Flash player 11.6.602.180; Shockwave Player 11.8.638 and have files in my C:\Windows\Syswow64\Macromed\Flash folder as shown in attached screen shot:

Would you mind posting back with your flashinstall.log file?  I'm a bit surprised that you have the older versions of the player still on your system and I'd like to take a look at what the installer is doing.

Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on Windows?

As for installing for Firefox, you should be able to simply launch Firefox and navigate to this URL:  http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer.  As long as you go there with Firefox, the webpage should be smart enough to detect this and download the appropriate installer.  If you have problems, please let me know and we can figure out another solution for you.

Thanks,

Chris
