ColdFusion update

I see that there are 2 updates available when I login CF10 admin page.

I cilck on install and it shows download and install and close the admin page.

I got same update message again when I login bacl to admin page.

It continue shows same message after I tried a couple of times to install the updates.

Can you please advise how I can make sure the update is completed?

Hi,

     First download your update(by click on download button). After complete download a popup will come up asking for installation. this will work fine.

      Even i find same problem with 'download + install' button

I did a couple of times to click on download and install, but it seems it does not update.

The admin page still shows that I need to do update for my CF10.

Are you finding this problem on this page only or after login every page behaving similarly? (like on submit the session get killed)

The update is available on the right top of the admin page all the time, no matter where I go , there are 2 updates are avaliable always shows there.

My CF10 is at 10.0.6, but it shows update available for 10.0.7 nad 10.0.8.

Hi,

Can you please check the proxy settings?

Check Firewall Settings?

Can you check the neo_updates.xml at cf_install\cfusion\lib (if you have installed ColdFusion 10 in the default directory)
