Help...cannot install adobe flash player on my mac

Could you please explain the issue?

Are you able to download Flash Player?

Go to the following page and download Flash Player from the link there: http://helpx. adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-mac.html#installer

Then close all browsers and double-click the file you downloaded.
