i havd installed adobe 11,1 to my kindle fire using allow applications

now it wants to update when trying to watch itv player. how do ?

That's something you'll need to bring up to ITV.  11.1.111.44 is the latest version that will work on the original Kindle Fire.  ITV will (should) need to relax their code to allow for older versions of the player.

RightThanks Chris, this is so frustrating, beginning to wish I'd bought an iPad now. I'm by no means a techie and was chuffed that I had managed to download adobe after following utube instructions as to download es file manager  then follow the process to obtain adobe . Happy days or so I thought. Spent half of the night on kindle. Will have to watch on pc x

Have you tried using the ITV Android app?

This link takes me to itv player download and message appears 'no devices'. I've emailed itv so hopefully may get some positive feedback there. Thanks for your help.
