My computer says, "blocked plug in" when I try to listen to a webinar. Flash player doesn't seem to be downloading. I have a iMac desk top OS X. Very frustrating. Have tried to download it but it must not be working. I would like to talk with someone on the phone who can talk me through this. Is there a phone # I can call?
