i have latest version of flash player but when i try to use rte player i am told to install latest version of adobe flash player,why?

In particular, what happens when you try to go to the link above to the Flash Player version?  What sites are telling you that you need the latest version?  Can you give me a link?

What happened when you went to the Flash Player Version page?  Did you see the animation?  What version was reported installed?  What browser and OS are you using?

Can you give me a link to the rte player and a video that tells you that the incorrect version is installed?

I'm going to need that information at a minimum to figure out what's going wrong.

You're going to need to give more than single word responses.  What browser and OS are you using?  Please give me an exact link that is prompting you to update.

Chris,        I found the Adobe information on flash player useless. I have solved my problem. What I did was I created a systems repair disc for Windows 7 64 bit and after downloading same my problem was solved.
