? How do I restore a deleted .adobe-digital-editions folder to my Kobo e-reader?

Usually, if you plug it in, run ADE and authorize the device, the authorize will re-establish the '.adobe-digital-editions' folder.

Are you sure it is deleted?  It should be a hidden folder, so unless you set your file manager to view hidden folders you won't see it.
