Flah player not recognised

After preforming an update Flash player stopped working. Sites such as outlook, youtube and ebay do not recognise Flash player and give error messages with links to install flash player. I have downloaded and installed it several time with no difference. After uninstalling Flash player and then reinstalling the program is still not recoginised to be on my computer.It is very impractical as I use sites such as outlook almost dailyWhy is this?

See if you have disabled ActiveX Filtering and enabled Flash Player. For more details, see the following link.
