Adobe flips from down load page to help when I try to up date

I have tried several times to down load flash player up date.  When Igo to down load it flips to help page.

Download this installer download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player.exe and save it to disk, then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installer.
