I created a fillable form with Acrobat, including two fields where signatures are required. When I test the form within Acrobat (clicking on the signature field), I am prompted to create/insert a digital signature. But when I try the same thing in Reader, all the options under "I Need to Sign" are greyed out and also when I click on either of the signature fields, nothing happens. We need to send this form to many customers and need to figure out how to get this to work in Reader. Please advise.
What version of Reader?
Form made in LiveCycle Designer or in Acrobat?
How many customers (absolute maximum - which side of 500)?
The form was made using Acrobat X
Less than 500 customers
Nevermind... you took too long to answer. I just needed to upgrade my version to Pro.
