Sorry, I do not quite understand what you are asking.
1) Internet Explorer needs to be closed during the Flash Player installation, not after.
2) Why do you need to repeat the installation when another window opens (what application)?

Hi,
Are you on Windows 7. If so, please check if you have disabled ActiveX Filtering.
Also, ensure that you enabled Flash Player on your browser.
This document has more details on how to do that.
Thanks,
Sunil

It is quite simple to understand what I am saying: I am on the internet and
a window with a video news appears. so I close the internet and download
the latest version of Adobe flash player, ( Which I had installed the day
before) and the flash player downloads successfully , then I open the
internet to view the video, I am asked again to close the internet and
download again the Adobe Flash player which I had just downloaded. And also
that was downloaded the day before. Why ???

Do you see the animation and version displayed when you visit this page?
Do you see something similar to this screenshot when visiting this page?

I have the same problem, and it seems to happen with every application that uses Flash Player.

@connray1 - Can you answer the questions I posted above? Also, can you post a screenshot of the notification that wants you to update Flash Player?
