Operating System is Windows 7 - Browser is Internet Explorer ... when i went to the page you suggested the box was BLANK, indicating that Adobe Flash Player was NOT installed, however, when i got to my Program Files it is listed THERE ... i have a screen shot showing it was Installed SUCCESSfully ... i have a screen shot showing it is among the list of programs on my computer; i don't UNDERstand this at all; why won't it RECOGNIZE it???
