i keep getting a message that i NEED a new version of Adobe Flash Player in order to play games [i.e. SongPop on Facebook] ... i ALREADY have the latest, however, i downloaded it anyway, and the MESSAGE is still there when i go to play a game ... i've downloaded it a few times and the MESSAGE remains and will NOT allow me to play any games ... i even DELETED the Adobe Flash Player and started ALL over again, to NO avail ... how do i get PAST this??? thanks for your help! patidee

Operating System is Windows 7 - Browser is Internet Explorer ... when i went to the page you suggested the box was BLANK, indicating that Adobe Flash Player was NOT installed, however, when i got to my Program Files it is listed THERE ... i have a screen shot showing it was Installed SUCCESSfully ... i have a screen shot showing it is among the list of programs on my computer; i don't UNDERstand this at all; why won't it RECOGNIZE it???

please note: i just went into TOOLS and it said that I.E. wasNOT my browser, so i made it my DEFAULT fyi ... attached are screens shows indicated that the FLASH PLAYER was downloaded, but when i go to PLAY a game or use MUZY i get the message to UPGRADEFrom: patidee@hotmail.com
