please help me fix this problem!

I am having trouble getting games to load. I keep getting an error message telling me i need to install flash player. and i have tried doing that, i have even tried uninstalling it and re installing it again, but nothing seems to work and i keep getting the same error message over and over again telling me that flash is not installed.  please help me!!! i dont know what i need to do to fix this problem!
