adobe flash player 11 problem

Whenever I install adobe flash player 11 it keeps telling me to install it again & will not go away.

What OS and browser are you using?  What pages are you seeing this occur with (an exact URL would be great.)  Finally, do you see the animation and version displayed on this page?

no url just the adobe message telling me to install it again.

yes I have java 7.
