Curt Y Mar 26, 2013 11:20 AM (in response to PhotoRoy5)If you are taliking about the ACR edits then yes. In Bridge right click on image and choose develop settings. Will have options to clear settings.

PhotoRoy5 Mar 26, 2013 5:22 PM (in response to Curt Y)In the file info menu top bar that starts off with the first tab that says description and end with a tab that says raw data. If you click the raw data the data is always there. It can not be erased in Bridge or Photshop.
the develop setting is interesting as it works on jpg and CR2 (Camera Raw) files. When you open the jpg file it puts itinto the Photoshop Camera Raw panel and you can manipulate it just like the CR files.

station_two Mar 26, 2013 6:30 PM (in response to PhotoRoy5)Not sure what you're saying in post #2. Sorry, just an old geezer with a substantially impaired brain here.
As for the original post, select the whole image (Command A on the Mac, Ctrl A on Windows), then Command A (Ctrl A) to create a new document of the exact same dimensions, then Command V to paste the clipboard, and finally Save the file under a new name and in the format of your choice.
You now have an identical file but without any EXIF info.
