Issues with TOC after upgrade to RH 10

Does anyone else have the issue that after upgrading to RoboHelp 10 and upgrading your project, that some TOC entries are simply missing?

Not that I have seen posted. Where are the entries missing, in the TOC in Rh or in the browser? If the latter, is it the same in a number of browsers?
